Stefania Spada, who holds a degree in Anthropology and Cultural Ethnology and specializes in medical anthropology, earned her Ph.D. in Law and New Technologies— Bioethics Track—with an ethnographic study on informed consent and the right to health for migrant patients. Her work focuses primarily on the enforceability of and access to fundamental rights for migrants, with particular attention to discriminatory practices and policies designed to protect vulnerable groups.
